Data can be aggregated to show the relative performance of selected individuals or groups of pupils up to cohort level.

Details, totals and resulting awards can be printed and displayed for the tutor group.

Data Security... your rights to view

Access to the system is password controlled. Once logged in, layered access rights determine each user's viewing and editing capability. Default access rights are usually adequate but can be amended by the system administrator where necessary.

You control who in the school community can view and edit data.
Prevents unauthorised access to confidential information.
Controls, such as not being able to change a pupil's history, prevent data abuse.
